ISS astronauts perform spacewalk

Two crew members at the International Space Station have carried out a spacewalk to install an additional docking port for Russian space vehicles.

Commander Gennady Padalka, a veteran Russian cosmonaut, and Flight Engineer Mike Barratt, a US astronaut on his first space mission also began installing an antenna to aid docking.

The spacewalk was delayed slightly due to concerns about high carbon dioxide levels in their redesigned Russian space suits.
